Head chef Antonis Stavrianakis graduate of FERRANDI French School of Culinary Arts in Paris, and Stavros Tzanoukakis an advanced level student of WSET London Wine & Spirits. Together we represent as owners of one of Chania's favorite restaurants; Skoufos & Oinos.
As in our restaurant our philosophy is to use only the finest fresh local seasonal ingredients, inspired by local flavors and the nutritional value of the Cretan/Mediterranean diet in mind we aim to bring he experience of fine dining in a restaurant to you and your guests in the comfort of your very own villa or yacht. With years of experience in the restaurant and culinary business we can meet all of your private chef & sommelier requirements throughout the summer months of May until September.
